What this means for youIf a lead requests information from us, we need personal data in order to fulfil that request.

GoalApproaching, advising, and supporting an interested party.
What this means for youIn case you contact RSM, or engage with us in another way, we need personal data to help you.
ProcessInformation Management – Research Skills
GoalSupporting Clients in finding and using scientific information.
What this means for youClients are asked to sign an academic pledge for upholding the academic integrity at RSM. They are provided with access to databases in order to support any research that needs to be undertaken during the Programme.
ProcessCounselling – Career Support
GoalAssisting a Client in finding employment, or with career-related matters.
What this means for youRSM offers its Clients career services in order to strenghten and/or alter a Client’s career path. This may occur by offering coaching to Clients, as well as expose them to new potential employers.
ProcessCounselling – Personal Matters Support
GoalAssisting a Client in personal matters, including but not limited to emergency contacts, functional impairments or health-issues, official documents, and finding housing.
What this means for youRSM supports its Clients in any personal challenges they may encounter during their Programme at RSM, by offering housing services and coaching, and by regular encounters with RSM representatives.
ProcessCertification – Qualification Validation
GoalDetermining whether a Client met the requirements that qualify for certification.
What this means for youAfter a Programme has ended, the Examination Board RSM B.V. assesses whether a Client qualifies for a diploma and/or certificate.
ProcessCertification – Issuing Diplomas/Certificates
GoalIssuing and handing out certificates to Clients as a proof of successfully finishing the Programme.
What this means for youIf a Client qualifies, a diploma and/or certificate is issued, which is presented to the Client during a ceremony for which specific data is required. The diploma and/or certificate needs to be administered for internal and external validation purposes, e.g. companies and (governmental) accreditation bodies.
