Source of Data	From the CRM system, or the learning management system.
Legal Ground	Contractual: Providing the data to the accreditation bodies is part of the terms & conditions.
3rd Parties	Accreditation bodies Cloud storage system CRM system Faculty Learning management system EUR: Accreditation department
Retention	The data is kept for 5 years.
