GoalEngaging and staying in contact with RSM Alumni.
What this means for youAfter a Client finished a RSM Programme, RSM wants to maintain contact with its alumni. This in order to re-engage alumni and/or request their help. For this, the alumni database is regularly updated to include relevant data, and alumni are regularly contacted to provide them with information and propose multiple forms of re-engagement.
ProcessRelationship Management
GoalMaintaining relationships with and engaging third parties of RSM, specifically excluding Clients and faculty.
What this means for youWhenever RSM engages a third party to assist in its Programmes, or for other services, their data is captured and administered in order to maintain the relationship. Also, their data may become part of any RSM campaign and/or of any reports and accounts, if so required and if relevant consent is obtained.
