Goal	Approaching, advising, and supporting an interested party.
What this means for you	In case you contact RSM, or engage with us in another way, we need personal data to help you.

Process	Information Management – Research Skills
Goal	Supporting Clients in finding and using scientific information.
What this means for you	Client’s are asked to sign an academic pledge in order to commit them to uphold the academic integrity at RSM, and they are provided with access to databases in order to support any research that needs to be undertaken during the Programme.

Process	Counselling – Career Support
Goal	Assisting a Client in finding employment, or with career-related matters.
What this means for you	RSM offers its Clients career services in order to strenghten and/or alter a Client’s career path. This may occur by offering coaching to Clients, as well as expose them to new potential employers.

Process	Counselling – Personal Matters Support
Goal	Assisting a Client in personal matters, including but not limited to emergency contacts, functional impairments or health-issues, official documents, and finding housing.
What this means for you	RSM supports its Clients in any personal challenges they may encounter during their Programme at RSM, amongst others by offering assistance in obtaining a visa, but also by offering housing services and coaching, and by regular encounters with RSM representatives.

Process	Certification – Qualification Validation
Goal	Determining whether a Client met the requirements that qualify for certification.
What this means for you	After a Programme has ended, an assessment of a Client is made and it is determined whether he/she qualifies for a diploma and/or certificate.

Process	Certification – Issuing Diplomas/Certificates
Goal	Issuing and handing out certificates to Clients as a proof of successfully finishing the Programme.
What this means for you	If a Client qualifies, a diploma and/or certificate is issued, which is presented to the Client during a ceremony for which specific data is required. The diploma and/or certificate needs to be administered to potentially validate this achievement towards government parties and/or other 3rd parties.

Legal Ground	Consent: Whenever a Client visits the website, the data is collected upon accepting cookies.

Retention	The data is kept for 90 days after the cookies are accepted by the Client.
