What this means for you	During lectures, as well as in preparation for them, data is gathered and produced in order to fully execute the course outline. This may result in data from simulation systems, or assessment systems. Also, recordings may be made during lectures.

Goal	Giving feedback on the entire course a Client participated in.
What this means for you	Data is collected in order to have a course evaluated by Clients. This anonymous data is processed into anonymous reports.

Personal Data	First name and last name Gender RSM account RSM ID-number Examinations Class Recordings
Source of Data	From the Client itself, who takes part in the course and submits examinations.
Legal Ground	Contractual: Taking part in a course and adhering to the course outline is part of the academic terms & conditions.
3rd Parties	Faculty Learning management system Recording system Software package for studying, storing & collaborating Video sharing platform EUR: Email system Optional: Assessment company Simulation company
Retention	The data is kept for 7 years.

Goal	Giving feedback on the entire course a Client participated in.
Personal Data	First name and last name Evaluation submitted (Y/N) Anonymous feedback (raw data), to result in: Anonymous evaluation report Optional: RSM account
Source of Data	From the Client itself, who decides to fill in the evaluation.
Legal Ground	Consent: Whenever a Client submits a response to the evaluation though the survey system.
3rd Parties	Learning management system Survey system
Retention	The data is kept for 5 years. The evaluation report is kept indefinitely.
