What this means for you	By law, RSM is required to administer any document that results in a (financial) obligation, benefit, or risk.

Process	Payments
Goal	Paying parties whose invoices have been approved.
What this means for you	A financial obligation that is due is fulfilled by paying the party to whom the obligation exists. For this, data is required and transferred, amongst others to the banking company.

Goal	Managing the ledger, balance sheet and overall financial administration of the company.
Personal Data	The following documents with personal data included: Any correspondence regarding financial issues Agreements Bank records Invoices, incoming and outgoing Payment receipts Other financial arrangements
Source of Data	From the ERP system, or other processes of RSM.
Legal Ground	Legal obligation: Dutch law requires RSM to create and maintain an administration.
3rd Parties	Accountants Banking company Cloud storage system CRM system ERP system
Retention	The data is kept for 7 years.

Goal	Paying parties whose invoices have been approved.
Personal Data	Invoice reference Company name Remuneration details Bank account number Optional: First name and last name Gender
Source of Data	From the party itself, who submits the invoice.
Legal Ground	Contractual: Paying invoices is part of contractual conditions between RSM and a party.
3rd Parties	Accountants ERP system Banking company Tax authority
Retention	The data is kept for 7 years.
