Goal	Providing interested parties with information on RSM’s programmes.
What this means for you	Whenever you request information from RSM in the form of a brochure, a whitepaper, a newsletter or any other RSM document, data is required to provide you with this information.

Process	Certification – Issuing Diplomas/Certificates
Goal	Issuing and handing out certificates to Clients as a proof of successfully finishing the Programme.
What this means for you	If a Client qualifies, a diploma and/or certificate is issued, which is presented to the Client during a ceremony for which specific data is required. The diploma and/or certificate needs to be administered to potentially validate this achievement towards government parties and/or other 3rd parties.

Source of Data	From the party itself, by supplying the information through getting in contact with a RSM employee, by filling a RSM form, or visiting a specific website or event.
Legal Ground	Consent: Whenever the party itself gets in contact, fills in a RSM form, or opts-in at a third-party website or event to share the data with RSM.

Retention	The data is kept for 5 years. An interested party may always opt-out of getting contacted by RSM, or may alter his/her preferences.

Source of Data	From the student information system. The clothing size and dietary requirements are requested from the Client itself using the event registration system. Imagery, through: Recordings during the ceremony Photographers IWILL Initiative
Legal Ground	Contractual: The issuance of a certificate is part of the academic terms & conditions. Consent: The Client itself supplies the clothing size, dietary requirements and the votes. Furthermore, the Client may have opted in to usage of their imagery and nationality.
