Process	Campus & Building Security
Goal	Ensuring only authorised people gain access to the building, and securing the campus facilities.
What this means for you	In order to gain access to the Bayle Building, a party must visit the Erasmus University campus and be in possession of an access card. On the entire campus, as well as within the Bayle Building, CCTV is employed to secure its facilities.

Source of Data	From the CRM system or the payroll system, the passes are allocated randomly. The imagery is captured by the CCTV systems. The signature is collected directly from the party.
Legal Ground	Legitimate interest The security of the building is ensured by distributing access passes, as well as monitoring the campus and building using CCTV systems, since it is in RSMs interest.
3rd Parties	CCTV system CRM system Payroll system EUR: Campus security CCTV System Parking access system
Retention	The pass data is kept until a party no longer needs access to RSM’s building. The imagery is kept for 1 month.
