If an employee is sick for a longer period of time, or itÂ’s a severe illness and/or disability, the company doctor will get involved. This may eventually result in a reintegration file being created.
Source of DataFrom the employee itself, using the payroll system.
Legal GroundContractual:
Registering illness and leave is part of the working conditions at RSM.
