Goal	Maintaining relationships with and engaging third parties of RSM, specifically excluding Clients and faculty.
What this means for you	Whenever RSM engages a third party to assist in its Programmes, or for other services, their data is captured and administered in order to maintain the relationship. Also, their data may become part of any RSM campaign and/or of any reports and accounts, if so required and if relevant consent is obtained.

What this means for you	RSM may offer to help with travel arrangements and/or hotel bookings, if so required by a party or if RSM wants to provide this service.

Source of Data	From the contact itself, through: Personal interaction with RSM employees Registering for events or other RSM initiatives Career-related data, through: Business cards LinkedIn Media reports
Legal Ground	Consent: Whenever a relation is firstly contacted. Contractual: Whenever a relation moves into an agreement with RSM.
3rd Parties	Cloud storage system CRM system Event registration system EUR: Email system Erasmus Trust Fund Careers platform Mentoring platform
Retention	The data is kept for 5 years after contact with a relation is established. After every engagement with RSM, this retention period re-applies.

Source of Data	From the Client or contact of RSM itself, through interaction with RSM employees.
Legal Ground	Consent: Whenever a Client or relation contacts or responds to an inquiry from a RSM employee

Retention	The data required for arranging the service request are kept until the end of the calendar year in which the request was fulfilled. In case a contractual or financial transaction is created as a result of the request, this transaction is kept for 7 years.
