Goal	Ensuring RSM and its Programmes are complying with the quality norms required for accreditation.
What this means for you	RSM is accredited by multiple accreditation bodies. Each of these bodies requires a different set of data in order to assess the quality of RSM on different topics.

Process	Accountability – Contract Management
Goal	Developing and maintaining contracts with third parties.
What this means for you	Whenever you move into an agreement with RSM, the contract itself contains data and is administered by RSM.

Source of Data	From the CRM system, or the learning management system.
Legal Ground	Contractual: Providing the data to the accreditation bodies is part of the terms & conditions.
3rd Parties	Accreditation bodies Cloud storage system CRM system Faculty Learning management system EUR: Accreditation department
Retention	The data is kept for 5 years.

Goal	Developing and maintaining contracts with third parties.
Personal Data	First name and last name Gender Company name Company address Remuneration details Bank account number Signature Optional: Phone number Email address Chamber of commerce number VAT number
Source of Data	From the party itself, who proposes a contract, or supplies the data in RSMs proposal.
Legal Ground	Contractual: The development and maintenance of contracts is part of (pre-)contractual conditions.
3rd Parties	Cloud storage system ERP system EUR: Email system
Retention	The data is kept for 7 years.
