Retention | The data is kept indefinitely, on the basis of the 2019 University Archive Law and the former guidelines of the Exemption Decision of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (in Dutch: Vrijstellingsbesluit WBP).
Exceptions:
Career-related data will be deleted 5 years after it has been updated on the basis of engagement with RSM. Once updated, the retention period of 5 years re-applies.
Imagery is stored for the duration for which consent was obtained.
An alumnus may always opt-out of getting contacted by RSM, or may alter his/her preferences. |
