Goal | Assisting a Client in finding employment, or with career-related matters. |
What this means for you | RSM offers its Clients career services in order to strenghten and/or alter a Client’s career path. This may occur by offering coaching to Clients, as well as expose them to new potential employers. |

Process | Certification – Issuing Diplomas/Certificates |
Goal | Issuing and handing out certificates to Clients as a proof of successfully finishing the Programme. |
What this means for you | If a Client qualifies, a diploma and/or certificate is issued to formalise the completion of a Programme. |
